The Loovara "Period Cup" makes tampons and sanitary napkins superfluous. The menstrual cup is suitable for heavy and light bleeding and can be used up to 12 hours a day without changing. It holds up to three times more fluid than a regular tampon. The cup is so comfortable that you almost don't feel it. Running, swimming or gymnastics is not a problem at all.
